Today I want to share some easy granola recipes that will make your house smell divine & your tummy happy and full in the mornings! The main ingredient is rolled oats, which are very affordable and always can be found in the cupboard. The sugary side is honey, but for the other crunch you can put any seeds or nuts you love or have at home.

Super Simple Granola

Dry Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds, chopped

Wet Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of raw honey
- 2 teaspoons of melted coconut / olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instead of cinnamon, you can also add pumpkin spice for autumn mood

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix the dry ingredients, put in a glass baking dish and let them toast for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix all the wet ingredients together. Once the oats are toasted and have an aromatic smell, drizzle over the honey mixture and stir until well combined.

Line on a wax paper sheet and put in the oven & turn the oven OFF. This way the granola will get golden and won't burn. Let it stay for 4 - 8 minutes and then take it out, let it cool, put in a jar & enjoy for breakfast or as a snack !

What to add as an extra for a delightful granola:

- cranberries
- cocoa nibs
- coconut flakes
- pecans
- walnuts
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
