DAY 19 Zero Waste Challenge: Zero Waste Netflix Documentaries on Sustainability

Today we have a fun challenge for you, it will be, as the title states about documentaries on sustainability. We don't challenge you to watch something specific, but instead we will offer you a list of five documentaries from which you can choose. Of course, if you're up for it, you can watch all of them. One a week could be enough if you decide to watch them all.

You might ask why documentaries?! Well, we believe that this way you will get to see how everything works and what is the reality of today's waste and how does Earth feel about being inhabited by us. Having to face brutal facts and truths behind the scenes as well as surreal images about our planet can help reshape your attitude towards a sustainable life. Combining the crude reality with a somewhat artistic feel, so that it can appeal to all ages, thus educating us about what is actually going on in the world today. Awareness and an attitude of change is what we're hoping to see in more and more people in the near future.

Listed below are the ten Netflix documentaries on sustainability. I’ve included YouTube trailers so you can get a better idea of what each documentary is like. So break out that zero waste popcorn, grab a blanket, and learn something new about the world we live in. I hope you enjoy them!

This documentary talks about the links between consumer pressure for low-cost high fashion and the meager existences of the sweatshop workers who produce those goods.
