DAY 29 Zero Waste Challenge: Sustainable Beauty Brands in Europe

Hi, today I wanted to talk about some beauty brands that are zero waste and sustainable. Even though they cost a bit more, the benefits are amazing. We are focusing on zero waste beauty brands in Europe. 

1. Luna Beauty

Luna Beauty products are vegan and plastic free. All of the products are packaged in glass and metal containers.

Products that you can buy on the store: blusher, bronzer, eyeliner, lip balm, mascara and moisturizer.

2. Little Ondine

Little Ondine is a water-based nail polish brand, which is the heaven for those you love nail polish. Some of the main ingredients are made out of water, resin and colorants. Best part is that the nail polish peels are biodegradable.

3. Kjaer Weis

All of their products are made with sustainable and organic ingredients. The products are free from parabens, silicones, petrochemical emulsifiers and synthetic fragrances. 

One of the best parts of this brand is that you can buy refills for the products! 

Products that you can buy on the store: cream blush, glow, facial oil, cream foundation, powder, lip gloss, lip tint, lipstick, lip pencils, lip balm, eye shadow, eye pencils, mascara, brushes, glow kits.

4. Couleur Caramel

Couleur Caramel is a French based company that focuses on natural and organic ingredients. They used recycled and biodegradable materials for their packaging.

Products that you can buy on the store: lipstick, BB cream, nail polish, eyeshadow, different face creams.

5. LUSH 

Lush is a wonderful brand. I have ordered a few times already, and they have never disappointed me. In Denmark we don't have Lush stores, so I have to order online. Their packaging is simple, some products are naked, meaning they don't have packaging. 

What I love most is that they usually put some samples if you kindly ask. The LUSH products are a bit expensive, but they really last a long time. I will soon create a LUSH haul with some of my favorite products, so stay tuned!
